These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Podio mobile application operated by Podio ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using Podio, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Podio. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your account credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Impersonating another person or creating fake accounts is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of content you post (profile photos, comments, circuit names). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Podio service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse user-generated content.
Podio uses GPS data to track your runs and match them to official circuits. Our matching algorithm requires a minimum 70% route overlap. We reserve the right to reject runs that do not meet this threshold.
Leaderboard positions and crown holders are determined by our system based on submitted run data. We reserve the right to remove runs that appear fraudulent.
Podio Pro is a monthly subscription at $3.99/month (or local equivalent). Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Free users: Free accounts are limited to 3 personal circuits active at a time. Personal circuits are automatically deleted after 30 days.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice.
Running outdoors involves inherent risks. You are solely responsible for your safety while using Podio. We strongly recommend:
Podio is not responsible for any injury, accident, or harm that occurs during your use of the app.
The Podio app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Podio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that GPS tracking will be perfectly accurate.
Leaderboard data, run statistics, and pace calculations are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Do not rely on them for medical or safety decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Podio, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or data loss.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete account). Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via push notification or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Argentina.
